Recognition from Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam

Dear Friends,

On behalf of the great State of Tennessee, it is my honor to welcome the graduates and guests of the Transition to Trades 4th cohort graduation ceremony. I join all of you in celebrating the accomplishments of these remarkable men and women.

As governor, it is comforting to know that organizations such as Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical are providing active duty soldiers with solid, well-paying, respected career placement options as they transition out of the Army. One of the best ways we can honor our heroes is to provide them with the necessary skills to find high-quality jobs.

It is my mission to make sure all adults obtain qualifications that prepare them for a rewarding future, by having access to a college education through the Tennessee Promise other Drive to 55 initiatives. I’m very proud of what we have accomplished, but we must remember that we all have a part to play in our state’s prosperity and I thank Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical for their dedication to this worthy cause.

Crissy and I congratulate you on this momentous occasion, and send our very best wishes to all graduates for continued success.

Warmest regards, Bill Haslam
