Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. The Site uses cookies that are needed for it to work properly, as well as analytics cookies.
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, and your general location. We have enabled Google signals, which allows Google to associate this information with users who are signed in to their Google accounts and have turned on ad personalization, so we can see aggregated reports about our audience (such as general demographics and interests). Google reCAPTCHA. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sends it to Google for analysis. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Your choices. Most web browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. If you block cookies, some parts of the Site may not work as intended. The Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

We share personal information only in the following situations:
- Within Hiller. Information you submit may be shared with Hiller team members who run the Transition to Trades program, recruiting, and training, including Total Tech, our trade school and a subsidiary of Hiller, LLC.
- Service providers. We use trusted companies to host the Site, process and deliver form submissions, send email, provide analytics, and prevent spam. These providers may only use your information to perform services for us.
- Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
